He is survived by his wife Teresa, two sisters Marsha Miller and Marilyn (Roger) Horn, four sons Phillip Cook Jr., Allen (Cheryl) Cook, Kent Cook and Kevin (Kelly) Worthley, four daughters Lenora Crandell, Tammy (Tony) Spainhour, Tiffany (Steve) Goss and Cortney (Brent) Mayhew, grandchildren Phillip III, Angela (Chris) Corson, William Cook, Chris Crandell, Tawny Cook, Autumn (Chae) Pak, Brandon (Tara) Barber, Amber Spainhour, Derek, Dilan, and Devyn Worthley, Kaitlin Crisler, Jacob, Lucas and Ryan Goss, Cooper and Ella Mayhew, great-grandchildren Kayley, Kaeden, Kate and Kaylor Pak and Chance and Colby Corson and many nieces and nephews. Phil was proceeded in death by his parents Philander Cook and Morris and Millie Blansett, a sister Bernitta Oberman, and a brother Carl Cook. He was a great father, grandfather and friend. He always had a smile on his face and a joke to tell. He enjoyed going to the lake, fishing, hunting and was a loyal KC Chiefs fan. He loved watching his grandchildren at sporting events. His life centered around his family and many friends. Phil was born in Turlock, California on January 12, 1943. Cook, 70, Harrisonville, MO, passed away Jat KU Medical Center.
